INVITATION TO EXCHANGE BUSINESS CONTACTS AND COLLABORATION ALONG WITH THE RULES FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. CORTIVISION sp. z o.o., based in Lublin, address: al. Warszawska 47, 20-803 Lublin, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court LUBLIN-EAST in Lublin, based in Świdnik, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000778374, NIP: 7123384349, REGON: 38289189100000 (“Cortivision”), hereby informs that in connection with the development of its business and spreading knowledge about its products and their functionalities, it encourages all individuals and legal entities (“Interested Parties”) interested in Cortivision’s products and business profile to exchange contact information.
  2. Contact information refers solely to the necessary details enabling contact between Cortivision and the Interested Party, such as phone number, email address, company website, and the company’s name or first name, last name, and position (“Contact Information”). If the Contact Information constitutes personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, “GDPR”), point 8 below will apply.
  3. The provision of Contact Information by the Interested Parties to Cortivision will occur:
    1. In the case of in-person events such as conferences, fairs, or exhibitions – by placing Contact Information (in forms such as business cards) in the designated contact box at the Cortivision stand;
    2. In the case of online events – by sending the Contact Information to Cortivision’s email address or by filling out the form on cortivision.com.
  4. After providing Contact Information – in accordance with point 3 above – and reviewing the business profile of the Interested Party, i.e., their products, completed projects, and development plans – Cortivision may, after prior contact with the Interested Party, decide to make its products available for a period of 2 (two) years for testing and to familiarize the Interested Party with the functionalities.
  5. Cortivision notes that providing Contact Information does not equate to an obligation to provide a product – in accordance with point 5 above – the decision to provide the product is at the sole discretion of Cortivision, depending on the interest in the products, completed projects, and development plans of the Interested Party.
  6. The method, rules, and basis for the provision of products (agreement) – in accordance with point 4 above – will be determined between the parties after contact from Cortivision and the Interested Party’s consent to receive the product.
  7. In connection with the provision of Contact Information, the Interested Parties (GDPR information clause in point 8 below):
    1. Consent to the processing of personal data by Cortivision for the purpose of establishing contact on business and commercial matters and initiating cooperation;
    2. Consent to the processing of personal data by Cortivision in the form of an email address for sending marketing and commercial information regarding products and services offered by Cortivision via electronic communication means, in accordance with Article 10(1) and (2) of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services;
    3. Consent to receive updates and marketing and commercial content via automated email messages as part of the “Newsletter” service in accordance with Article 172(1) of the Telecommunications Law.
  8. Cortivision’s Information Clause: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, “GDPR”), we inform you that:
    1. The administrator of your personal data is CORTIVISION Limited Liability Company, based in Lublin, address: al. Warszawska 47, 20-803 Lublin, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court LUBLIN-EAST in Lublin, based in Świdnik, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000778374, NIP: 7123384349, REGON: 38289189100000.
    2. The purpose of collecting personal data is to establish contact for business and commercial matters, initiate cooperation, send marketing and commercial information regarding products and services offered, and to receive updates and marketing content via automated email messages as part of the “Newsletter” service.
    3. Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary.
    4. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your data, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing, and transfer of data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time by submitting a relevant request at the Administrator’s office or via email.
    5. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the GDPR provisions.
    6. Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the beginning of the year following the year in which consent for data processing was given. The data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties.
    7. The recipients of the data will only be institutions authorized by law.
    8. The data you provide will not be subject to profiling.
    9. The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
